We have a NO-NO! returns refund policy.
We understand that there are environmental conditions and or mistake in negligence. We provide an honorable refund service by not having you return the product.
- Under subjects of negligence it is proven with evidence that the conditions play a fault.
- Under subject of negligence it is proven that there was an error on the manufacturing of the product.
- Under subject of negligence with having no harm come to the product and it is proven that the product was not open and the conditions do not apply and the negligence is solely based on manufacturing.
- All subjects are awarded a refund.
Under certain conditions customers will be awarded credit, discounts and or other beneficial materials that provide equal or more to customers purchase.
Exclaimer: under the NO-NO! returns refund policy, the no no refers to any Modern Elegance store. products within 7 to 12 days of shipping. Other sources from (AliExpress, USAdrop.com) that are separate, do not apply to the policy.
Example; if you are buying a watch and it happens the cost over $1,000. NO-NO! returns refund policy does not apply. There is no such way that we can actually determine whether there was negligence to play at fault or other accidentals or mishaps. (Note: we are also not responsible for any sort of "fake" or misleading products, we would be in the same boat as you we do not test our products before sourcing them from AliExpress. We rely on reviews and other educational resources on the product to make our decision. We are also not experts on finding genuine products without experience so rest assured we are learning and we are learning very quickly to make this a much more enjoyable and better bang for your buck experience.)
In the case that there is a product that we have sourced and you have purchased that happens to be broken contaminated or maybe just not what it's supposed to be, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. As we grow we will get better at resolving the situations faster and more accurate please bear in mind that we do not control the shipping industry nor the companies on where it's being shipped from.
